Briefly and clearly: what data from the form we process, why and for how long.

What data we process
- first name and surname, email, phone and optionally the company name,
- the content of your inquiry (package of interest, company size, budget, message),
- technical data: the page from which you sent the inquiry, the first page of your visit, the name of the website you came from (e.g. google.com – without further details), campaign parameters (UTM), browser type and a one-way fingerprint (hash) of your IP address. We do not store the IP address itself.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data solely to respond to your inquiry and to prepare an offer, i.e. for steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and on the basis of your consent given in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The hash of the IP address serves to protect against spam and misuse of the form (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep the data
24 months from sending the inquiry. If you enter into a contract with us, we continue to process the data to the extent necessary for its performance and in line with statutory periods (e.g. accounting).
Who we make the data available to
We do not sell the data. We use the following processors:
- Supabase: the database in which inquiries are stored (data center in the EU),
- Vercel: website hosting and processing of the submitted form,
- Websupport: the email server through which the inquiry reaches us as a notification.
Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. You can withdraw your consent at any time by email to info@reload.sk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava.
Cookies
The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Campaign parameters (UTM), the name of the website you came from and the first page you visited are kept by your browser only for the duration of your visit (session storage). They are sent only together with your inquiry, so that we know where it came from.
